BACKGROUND: Units 362, 367, 373 and 374 are all 2008-2012 Ford heavy duty trucks. They each have between 13.5-15 out of 15 points and have all exceeded their life expectancies. DISCUSSION: Through Bid 21-40, four Ford heavy duty trucks were bid with various types of equipment. A Ford F350 4x4 flat bed with a crane and starter for $76,610; a Ford F550 4x2 Utility Body and Tommy Gate for $70,643; a Ford F550 4x4 with Dump Body for $64,873; and a Ford F550 4x4 Utility Body for $69,250. The combined total to award Bid 21-40 to Lewis Ford is $281,376. BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT: Sufficient funds have been budgeted and collected for each individual purchase.
