We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of
this SPECIAL Meeting, waiving any and all irregularities in
the service of notice and do hereby consent and agree that
the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Fayetteville,
Arkansas shall meet at the Administrative Office of the
Fayetteville Housing Authority at 2:30 P.M. on the llth day
of July, 1972 for the following purpose: To Consider g Adopt
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT AND ISSUANCE OF
PROJECT LOAN AND PERMANENT NOTES
