Airport Services Manager's Report:
• AIRPORT ACTIVITY: Tower operations for December totaled 2,041 which is down from
the operations that took place in November of this year but up from those that took place
in December 2019. December fuel sales totaled 34,354 gallons, which is an decrease in
sales that took place in November and those that took place in December 2019.
• BEACON / WINDCONE PROJECT: The surety has asked the 2 party checks be issued

the project as the surety wants to make sure there are no further monies due to sub-
contractors.
• FAA TERMINAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: This project is underway. Work has begun
on the south end of the building, which will be completed by the 2nd week of February. This
project has a contract time of 120 days.
• FAA RUNWAY REHAB AND LIGHTING PROJECT: Field work has begun for this
project. This includes survey, boring layout, geotech, NDT testing and locating.
Completely these tasks will allow us to be in position to accept both the design and
construction grants from the FAA for FY 2021. Actual construction will not take place until
2022.
