Subject: Purchase of one unmarked vehicle for the Police Department
Unit 1298 is an unmarked vehicle for the Police Chief. This vehicle has exceeded its life
expectancy.
A replacement Chevy Tahoe is available for the Arkansas State Contract price of
$36,024.00 through Chevrolet of Fayetteville.
Sufficient funds have been budgeted and collected for this purchase.

Subject: Purchase of one 15 Passenger van for the YRCC
Unit 1281 is a 15 passenger van used by the YRCC. This vehicle has exceeded its life
expectancy. This unit is used for the YRCC's field trips and other YRCC transport
needs. This van has exceeded its life expectancy.
A Chevy Express 15 Passenger Van is available for the Arkansas State Contract price
of $30,393.00 through Chevrolet of Fayetteville.
Funds for this purchase are donated by the Friends of the YRCC.

Subject: Purchase of Eight Zero -Turn Mowers for Parks
Units 5068, 5069, 5074, 5075, 5076, 5077, 5078 and 5079 are all either 2016 or 2017
Hustler Super Z Mowers that have exceeded their life expectancies. All are within the
points range for replacement, except for unit 5076 which is shy on points. 5076 is being
replaced to keep consistent equipment.
Seven new Hustler Super Z mowers with 60" decks and side discharge systems are
available for $9,738.00 each, and one Hustler Super Z Mower with 60" rear discharge
deck is available for $9,834.00, off the Sourcewell contract. The total combined price of
all eight mowers is $78,000.00 available through Williams Tractor, of Fayetteville, AR.
Sufficient funds for these purchases have been budgeted and collected.
