BACKGROUND: Unit 9183 is a 2013 International Elgin Sweeper that has had several maintenance issues this year and has 15/15 points. DISCUSSION: Fleet recommends the purchase of the new Elgin Crosswind Street Sweeper available for the Sourcewell price of $266,434.39 through Environmental Products Group of Memphis, TN for the Transportation Department. BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT: Sufficient funds have been budgeted and collected for this purchase. This purchase was approved at the December 31, 2019 Equipment Committee.
