Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 truck from Steve Landers of Siloam Springs in the total amount of
$22,993.00, pursuant to a state procurement contract, for use by the Utilities Department.

SUBJECT: Purchase of one Truck for Water & Sewer Department
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council to approve the purchase of a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 available for the
State Contract price of $22,993.00 through Steve Landers of Siloam Springs, AR for use by the
Water & Sewer Department.
BACKGROUND:
Unit 2146 is a 2012 Chevy Colorado with 14.6/15 points that has exceeded its life expectancy
and had significant mechanical issues recently.
DISCUSSION:
Fleet recommends the purchase of a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 available for the State
Contract price of $22,993.00 through Steve Landers of Siloam Springs, AR for use by the Water
& Sewer Department.
BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT:
Sufficient funds have been budgeted and collected for this purchase.
This purchase was approved at the June 11th Equipment Committee Meeting.
