I'm curious if the school board would have a path similar to the "resolution of intent" that Kit mentioned as an option for the City? If our 2/6 meeting is not a formal business meeting, and we cannot formalize a Joint Resolution, is there another option that the school board could pursue at our formal business meetings that would help to establish joint intent and promote a continued spirit of cooperation between the two entities?
