REPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 40-18:
A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 40-18 AND AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A
2018 DODGE RAM FROM STEVE LANDERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP OF LITTLE ROCK IN
THE AMOUNT OF $26,971.00, PURSUANT TO A STATE PROCUREMENT CONTRACT, FOR USE
BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 40-18, passed on February 6, 2018, authorized the purchase of this 2018
Dodge Ram needed by the Police Department from the incorrect vendor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby repeals Resolution No.
40-18 and approves the purchase of a 2018 Dodge Ram 4WD Crew Cab from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge
Jeep of Little Rock in the amount of $26,971.00, pursuant to a state procurement contract, for use by the
Police Department.
