Chesapeake Energy Corporation engaged inVeritas to conduct I Dls with countyjudges who worked with the natural gas industry in the Fayetteville Shale Play. Our team developed a questionnaire and conducted an hour-long interview with each official. The judges were asked their impressions and perceptions of the industry players (strengths and weaknesses), the issues each judge was experiencing with the industry, and their challenges and recommendations to the industry. inVeritas produced a report and presented its findings to Chesapeake executives as part of their strategic planning for future engagement in the Fayetteville Shale Play.. In anticipation of its move to Little Rock's Creative Corridor, CJRW sought to continue to develop and understand the strengths and challenges of its brand. As a result, CJRW's leadership reached out to inVeritas to assist with brand research and strategic planning. inVeritas conducted IDIS with key stakeholders and clients, strategy sessions with key leadership, and prepared a series of recommendations to help frame the future development of CJRW.
