ITEM # 5: Old Business: None ITEM # 6: New Business: A. FBO Media Options: Todd Crane explained that the board discussed having a more modern business website instead of a public/city website to highlight just the airport and to intergrate social media. He asked if the airport could have a stand alone website or had to remain just in the city's website. Susan Norton, Director of Communication for the the City of Fayetteville, explained that the domain name for the airport page on the city's website could be changed to help the page stand out. She expressed that she didn't see the advantage of it being hosted on another site, especially with the new design flexibility of the website. Keith Macedo, Director of Information Technology for the City of Fayetteville, said that the Lake Fayetteville page on the city's website has their own domain. Todd Crane asked if that was linked to social media, to be able to like events such as the fly -in. Keith explained that a newsletter can be embedded and users can sign up to receive notifications specific to the airport. Todd said the want for a stand alone website was so that the FBO page could stand out and not be uniformed with the city's pages. Keith explained that a different color scheme and layout could be supported through the city's current website tools. Summer Fallen agreed that it would be beneficial for the FBO page to stand alone to create more a business appearance and show fuel prices, who,to call for hangar space or for catering. Susan asked that the board brainstorm on ideas of what they want and to talk to August Branham, Web Content Manager for the City of Fayetteville, to integrate the ideas into the airport's page.
