A business only changing a car's oil and possibly providing lubrication service is very similar to a gasoline service station which can provide those same services and more. Therefore, it is logical and reasonable to group such oil and lube shops within the same Use Unit as gasoline service stations as they would have no greater objectionable affect to nearby uses than gasoline service stations.
