HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session at 6:00p.m.,
October 27, 2016, in the City Administration Building, Room #111, Fayetteville, AR.
Mike Emery, Chairperson called the meeting to order at approximately 6:05 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Chris White, and Chris Terry
Commissioners Absent: Matthew Cabe and Carma Unruh
Others Present: Deniece Smiley (Fayetteville Housing Authority)
NEW BUSINESS
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Board Meeting. Chris White made the
motion to accept the minutes as presented and it was seconded by Chris Terry.
B. Approval of August 2016 FHA Program Balance Sheets & Income Statements and
September 2016 Account Payable Summary. Chris Terry made the motion to
accept the financial records and it was seconded by Chris White. The Board
approved unanimously.
C. Presentation/Remarks by Rick Shelton- Coldwell Banker McHaney & Faucette—
Willow Heights Property. This presentation was tabled to next month's meeting.
D. Executive Director's Evaluation —This issued was tabled to next month's
meeting.
E. Executor Director's Report - Deniece Smiley reviewed her written report.
The meeting was adjourned by Mike Emery. The next regular scheduled board meeting is
