College Ave) in an amount not to exceed $95,000, contingent upon HUD approval of the reallocation of funds. BACKGROUND: The Fayetteville Senior Center has been a long-time recipient of CDBG funds due to their continued efforts to serve the city's low and moderate income (LMI) senior residents. DISCUSSION: The Fayetteville Senior Center is in need of a kitchen upgrade to better serve the senior citizen population of Fayetteville. The equipment currently used is out of date and has limited serving capabilities. A reallocation requesting $95,000 from Housing for the kitchen upgrades is awaiting HUD's approval. Upon approval of the reallocation, a formal bid process will not be necessary because the upgrades will come from Trimark Stategic Equipment, Inc. utilizing cooperative contract# 103013 -SES through the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA).
