DISCUSSION: Kitchen improvements, in the form of a new oven, are needed in order to continue effectively serving Fayetteville's LMI population. The current oven used by the center breaks down often causing delays or cancelations in meals. CDBG plans to purchase the oven from TriMark Strategic Equipment, Inc. utilizing NJPA pricing through NJPA contract# 103013.
