RECOMMENDATION: Unit #809 is a 2004 Gradall XL41011 Excavator truck that was due for replacement in 2012 but was pushed back. It is now worn out and needs to be replaced. It was budgeted to replace in 2015. A Gradall XL4100 Excavator truck is available off the state NJPA contract #031710 -GRD from Scott Equipment of Springdale, AR for a purchase price of $354,893. As it was not budgeted on the capital side for replacement in 2014, a Budget adjustment is needed to move funds from fund balance to the project. Fleet recommends the purchase of one Gradall XL4100 Excavator off State NJPA contract from Scott Equipment of Springdale, AR in the amount of $354,893. BUDGET IMPACT: This unit was budgeted for on the operating side. Sufficient replacement funds have been collected. RESOLUTION NO.
