A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE TOTAL
AMOUNT OF $35,287.00 REPRESENTING DONATION REVENUE TO
ANIMAL SERVICES FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH QUARTERS OF 2013
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", in the total amount of $35,287.00
representing donation revenue to Animal Services for the third and fourth quarters of 2013.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby expresses
its sincere appreciation for the donations.

Subject: Approval of a Budget Adjustment for Animal Services Division
PROPOSAL:
Animal Services would like to recognize donation revenue from citizens and businesses made during the third
and fourth quarters of 2013. These funds are donated by private citizens and organizations to benefit the animals
cared for by Animal Services. All of the funds, except those donated specifically for our income based
spay/neuter program, are going into the building and ground maintenance donation expense account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the Animal Services Donation Revenue.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Recognize Animal Shelter Donations in the amount of $35,287.00
