A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE TOTAL
AMOUNT OF $9,392.00 REPRESENTING DONATION REVENUE TO
ANIMAL SERVICES FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2013
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", in the total amount of $9,392.00
representing donation revenue to Animal Services for the First Quarter of 2013.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby expresses
its sincere appreciation for the donations.

PROPOSAL:
Animal Services would like to recognize donation revenue from the first quarter of 2013. These funds are
donated by private citizens and organizations to benefit the animals cared for by Animal Services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the Animal Services Donation Revenue for the
first quarter of 2013.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Recognize Animal Shelter Donations in the amount of $9392.00
