A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $92,333.00 TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM INCOME RELATED TO A HOUSING PROGRAM LIEN
PAYOFF AND A REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY PROPERTY PURCHASE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", in the amount of $92.333.00 to
Community Development Block Grant program income related to a housing program lien payoff
and a reimbursement from the Habitat for Humanity property purchase.

Subject: Approval of a Budget Adjustment for the Community Services Division
PROPOSAL:
Community Services would like to budget the Program Income received from the CDBG land acquisition
reimbursement and the Housing Program lien payoff.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the CDBrogram Income.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Increase the Redevelopment and Housing Program accounts by $92,333 as listed in the budget adjustment.
