A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $37,247.00 TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM TO ACCURATELY REFLECT FUNDS REMAINING
FROM THE 2011 GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", in the amount of $37.247.00 to
the Community Development Block Grant program to accurately reflect funds remaining from
the 2011 grant.

Subject: Approval of a Budget Adjustment for the Community Services Division
PROPOSAL:
Community Services would like to make a housekeeping budget adjustment to ensure that the actual funds
remaining from the previous year's CDBG grant are accurately reflected in the AS400 system.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to reflect actual funds remaining in the CDBG program.
BUDGET IMPACT:
An adjustment to the AS400 system of $37,247 in CDBG Grant Funding to accurately reflect the remaining
CDBG funds.
