A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,610.00 RECOGNIZING PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION
FEE REVENUE FOR 2011
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment in the amount of $2,610.00 recognizing public access television fee revenue
for 2011. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A".

Subject: Approval of a Budget Adjustment for Government Channel
PROPOSAL:
The Communication Department would like to recognize revenue from the Public Access Television second
through fourth quarters of 2011 for Public Access Television services. These funds come from fees for business
services to the City of Fayetteville through the contractor Your Media in the performance of the public access
services contract with the City of Fayetteville. Specifically, these fees come from contract shoots, dubbing of
DVDs, sales of blank DVDs, and fees from non -Fayetteville Washington County residents to take classes at the
City of Fayetteville Television Center.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the public access fees for the second through
fourth quarters of 2011.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Increase the Government Channel Division budget by $2,610.00.
