A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,361.55 FOR DONATION REVENUE RECEIVED FROM
CITIZENS FOR THE RANGER'S PANTRY PET FOOD BANK AND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $500.00 FOR DONATION REVENUE FROM THE
FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE FOR THE SENIOR GIVING TREE
EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", in the amount of $1,361.55 for
donation revenue received for the Ranger's Pantry Food Bank from citizens and in the amount of
$500.00 for donation revenue received for the Senior Giving Tree event from the Fraternal Order
of Police.

PROPOSAL:
Community Services would like to recognize donation revenue that was received from citizens for the Ranger's
Pantry Pet Food Bank, and donation revenue from the Fraternal Order of Police for the Senior Giving Tree
event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the Community Services Donation Revenue for
Ranger's Pantry Pet Food Bank and the Senior Giving Tree.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Increase the Community Outreach Projects account by $1361.55 for Ranger's Pantry Pet Food Bank, and
$500.00 for the Senior Giving Tree event.
