That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a contract with Joe Perme Construction, Inc. in the amount of $21,800.00 for improvements to a public facility building (1932 S. Garland was acquired with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This property is a part of the CDBG Public Facility Lease Program. Properties acquired with CDBG funds are made available through an application process to non -profits that provide services to low/mod residents in the City of Fayetteville. The building is currently not leased, but will be available for lease once improvements are made. Improvements to be made: • Electrical • Interior Doors • Kitchen Remodel and Storage Cabinets • Drywall • Interior Trim and Paint • Bathroom Repairs • Flooring • Entry decks RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Purchase Order for this project located at 1932 S.
