A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,000.00 TO RECOGNIZE REVENUE FROM A CITIZEN
DONATION FOR PURCHASING MICROCHIPS FOR THE PET WELLNESS
EXPO EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A," in the amount of $1,000.00 to
recognize revenue from a citizen donation for purchasing microchips for the Pet Wellness Expo
Event.

PROPOSAL:
Community Services would like to recognize donation revenue that was received from a citizen for purchasing
microchips for the Pet Wellness Expo event scheduled for October 16, 2010.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to budget the Community Services Animal Shelter Donation
Revenue for the purchase of microchips for the Pet Wellness Expo on October 16, 2010.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Increase the Animal Shelter Donations Vet Supplies account by $1000 for purchase of the Pet Wellness Expo
microchips.
