NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby appoints Lamar Pettus, Bobby Lee Odom, Evelyn E. Brooks and Maryanne Westphal (all qualified property owners in the district) to new terms on the Board of Improvement of the Downtown Off Street Parking Development District No. 1 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the attached Petitions.
