Most of the forfeitures we have received in the past are a direct result from the efforts of the officers we assign to the 4`h Judicial District Drug Task Force (4`" DTF) and the local office of the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Discussion We must follow the Guide to Equitable Sharing of Federally Forfeited Property for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies to spend federal forfeitures. All purchases utilizing these funds will follow the City of Fayetteville Purchasing Policy. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $812. Budget Impact Increase expenses to correspond with federal forfeiture revenue received during the first quarter of 2009. RESOLUTION NO.
