A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE CITY COUNCIL'S SUPPORT FOR
RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMITS IN THE DICKSON STREET AREA
AND REQUESTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO PRESENT SUCH A
SYSTEM FOR CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville is investigating paid parking plans for the Dickson
Street area; and
WHEREAS, the implementation of any paid parking plan for the Dickson Street area
may adversely affect on -street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby expresses
the City Council's support for residential parking permits in the Dickson Street area and requests
that the Administration present such a residential parking permit system to the City Council for
its approval.
