Program Certified Local Government travel and training grant to increase the grant
amount from $3,000 to $3,300.

Dear Ms. Minkel:
This letter serves to confirm our recent conversations regarding Grant
Agreement 07-CLG-14. AHPP proposes increasing the grant amount
by $300 to a new total amount of $3,300. The scope of work, deadlines.
and all other provisions of the Grant Agreement will remain unchanged.
If the City does not object to this change, it may be considered effective
immediately. The City may invoice AHPP for the increased amount at
this time.
We commend the City of Fayetteville for its continuing commitment to
historic preservation, and we look forward to the successful completion of
your grant projects.
Sincerely,
474, X
