A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
RECOGNIZING $3,300.00 IN DONATIONS FROM THE COPPER
CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD FOR TREES TO BE PLANTED WITHIN
DAVID LASHLEY PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a
budget adjustment recognizing $3,300.00 in donations from the Copper Creek Neighborhood for
trees to be planted within David Lashley Park

RECOMMENDATION
Resolution to accept donations from Copper Creek neighborhood in the amount of $3,300
for trees to be planted within David Lashley Park.
BACKGROUND
David Lashley Park is a newly developed park in the NE Quadrant. In effort to complete
the master plan neighbors raised funds to help contribute to the purchase of trees.
DISCUSSION
The Copper Creek neighborhood pnontized park amenities dunng the planning phase of
David Lashley Park. Trees were one of the lower priorities; however, the neighbors chose
to contribute donations for funding the tree plantings.
