Rhoads Northwest Arkansas Diversity Council - sent on behalf of Alderman Robert K. Rhoads Mayor, Council Members, and Attorney Williams: I would like to propose that the City Council Join this organization (see intemet link below) and certainly can explain why probably in person better than through an e-mail but perhaps you all can peruse this website and if there is some interest maybe Attorney Williams would be kind enough to tell me about how I can go about getting this to a vote. We would qualify according to the Director, Arthur Matthews, much like a non-profit organization and therefore we would only have to pay $500.00 to belong versus a corporation membership costing at least ten times that amount. If we Join we would be the first city to Join. We could Join the University as a non -corporate member. Again if you look at the website you will see who all belongs and you will also see why it would be good for us. I am also proposing that my law firm Join as well. Northwest Arkansas has a large table and we should make sure there is a seat for everybody. htto://www.nwadc.orohoin-nwadc.asox -Robert Rhoads Tracy Taylor Assistant to Robert K.
