Background: The council recently passed a new ordinance governing taxi and limousine companies in Fayetteville. There have been meetings with city staff, the police department and the fleet division to determine the procedure that will be used to implement the new ordinance. All Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity expired on December 31, 2004. Discussion: Attached are copies of Mr. Brinkley's application for his certificate, insurance policy and financial statement. Mr. Brinkley is making this request for 4 Lincoln Limos and 1 Ford Excursion. RESOLUTION NO.
