We are the Dealer for Eagle Compressors. We are located in Damascus, Arkansas where we have a showroom and service facility setup. We can provide you with an Eagle Baron 111 6000 psi Compressor for $41,487.13. The Baron III is a 3 Phase, 230 volt, 21 CFM 151 -IP compressor rated at 75dh integral noise. Attached are detailed specifications, literature and a drawing of the Baron 111 unit. The above price includes shipping and handling and installation. We do require that the City of Fayetteville furnish an electrician to wire up the unit. Deliver time on this unit would be 8 to 10 weeks after receipt of the order. Specifications: The buyer must approve all changes or substitutions to specifications. The system must include high-pressure air compressor, air purifier, fill station and all operating and cylinder fill controls as specified below. The system must also incorporate an integral air storage system and system shall he designed so that all cylinder refilling and operating controls and performance indicators are located on panels at the front of the appliance. All components shall be completely assembled and tested by the manufacturer and incorporated within a single appliance requiring only electrical power supply to operate system. 1.) Compressor, Air Purifier and Instrumentation a) External construction of system shall be fabricated steel structures and panels without visible welds, burrs, and grinding marks. b) All fasteners shall be concealed and access panels should have concealed hinges and push button latches. c) Cabinet shall be designed to minimize noise emission and should include noise abatement insulation. d) Should have a quick and convenient access to all key panel components (instrumentation panel), to keep from accessing thru maintenance access door. e) PSI — 6000 0 Charging Rate — Minimum 21.0 CFM g) Purification System h) Air purification system shall use disposable cartridges manufactured to provide breathing air that meets or exceeds NFPA and CGA grade E specification. i) Automatic Condensate Drain System. j) Shall have an ambient air flow control design that directs the necessary air volume to cool compressor. k) Shall have an air filter housing with a port and connection designed to couple to outside air intake piping or for indoor air intake. 1) Each stage of compression shall be protected with a safety relief valve. m) Compressor and motor base shall he equipped with a vibration elimination system. n) High air temperature shutdown and gauge with sensor that measures temperature directly from the air stream. SCBA Cylinder Storage and Fill Controls a) All control system, components, devices and piping arrangement necessary to direct the compressed high pressure breathing air to the air storage system and SCBA cylinders being filled. b) Shall include auxiliary outlet to fill remote air storage system and shall have a retractable air reel with 50' of hose and CGA fitting for filling remote air storage systems. c) Cascade control system for a 4 (four) hank system that permit filling or drawing down each air storage cylinder independently of each other while filling SCBA cylinders with controls on front panel d) An air storage by-pass valve shall be included to permit filling SCBA cylinders through the auxiliary outlet directly from the compressor. c) Storage cylinders shall be comprised of four (4) new 6000 psi, D.O.T. approved 509 cu.ft. cylinders. I) Dome type protective cap is to be supplied with each tank to protect the valve. g) System shall include a regulator package for safely filling SCBA cylinders. 5.) Warranty and Maintenance System shall include a I -year part and labor warranty. The item bid and the bid number shall be stated on the face of the sealed bid envelope. Bids received after the date and timo set for receiving bids will not he considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive formalities in the bidding and make a bid award deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Eagle Compressors, Inc. Baron3 System Specifications B315G The high pressure breathing air system shall be a complete appliance designed to refill SCBA and SCUBA cylinders. It must include the high pressure air compressor, air purifier, fill station and all operating and cylinder till controls as specified below. The system must also be designed to incorporate an integral air storage system as specified below. All components shall be completely assembled and tested by the manufacturer as a system and incorporated within a single appliance requiring only electrical power supply to operate. The system shall be designed so that all cylinder refilling and operating controls and performance indicators are located on panels at the front of the appliance allowing "at sight" operator monitoring. The manufacturer shall comply with the currently applicable NEPA, CGA and OSHA specifications as well as state and local electrical codes. The compressor design shall not permit the venting of oil contaminated air to the atmosphere. The external construction of the high pressure breathing air system shall be appliance -like; using formed fabricated steel structures and panels without visible welds, burrs and grinding marks. All structure fasteners shall be concealed and all access panels shall include concealed hinges and push button latches. The operating and fill control panels shall be illuminated. Two full height, maintenance access doors shall be located on each end of the unit. The compressor side door shall include a shutdown switch to prevent exposure to running gear in the event it is opened while the compressor is running. The cabinet shall be designed to minimize noise emission and include noise abatement insulation. The noise level shall not exceed 76 dB at one meter. The cabinet configuration shall permit installation with the rear "against the wall" and include an ambient air flow control design that directs the necessary volume to cool the compressor. The cooling system shall also include an integral top discharge extractor to completely vent the resulting hot air out of the cabinet. The cabinet shall also include an integral air filter housing with a port and connection designed to couple to outside air intake piping or for indoor air intake. All operating and fill control high pressure air plumbing shall be rated for 6000 PSI working pressure and utilize seamless stainless steel tubing. All high pressure air plumbing connections shall use compression fit design fittings. The air compressor design shall include a heavy-duty crankcase supporting the crankshaft with ball bearings on each end. Lubrication shall be accomplished by controlled splash of oil from the crankcase sump aided by pressure induced migration from the totally sealed crankcase. The crankcase shall be piped back to the inlet cylinder to maintain proper crankcase pressure and eliminate any discharge of oil contaminated air to the atmosphere. The cylinder arrangement shall be a balanced "V" configuration featuring double-acting, ringed pistons assuring maximum balance and air volume delivery efficiency while operating at a maximum compressor speed of 1300 RPM. Each stage of compression shall be protected with a safety relief valve. The cylinders shall include cooling fins to dissipate heat into the cooling air flow from the compressor's integral flywheel fan. Individually mounted coolers shall be located after each compression stage to cool the discharged air to 18° F. above ambient temperature. Accumulated condensation from cooling the compressed air shall be collected in moisture separators mounted on the compressor and piped to an automatic, timed drain system for proper collection and disposal. Prior to shutdowns, the compressor shall be allowed to run unloaded (with opened drains) for a timed period (Purge Cycle) in order to purge all cylinders, separators and crankcase of damaging condensation that develops as compressors cool down.
