On behalf of the current property owner south of the city property, Martin Treat, and the developer of Fayette Estates, I request that a twenty -foot wide utility easement be granted along the eastern property line of the city's tract. This easement is needed to provide the developer a route to place a sewer forcemain to connect to an existing sanitary sewer along Cato Springs Road. A sketch is attached that depicts the location. The placement of the utility easement would not likely interfere with any potential future development the city's property. The easement could easily be shown and defined on the boundary survey which the city would provide to the prospective new owners. If it is appropriate and necessary, please forward this request to the membership of City Council for consideration at tonight's meeting. Thank you for your help and assistance. Should you have any questions, or require any additional information, please contact me at your convenience. Very Truly Yours, Crafton, Tun & Associates, Inc.
