RESOLUTION NO. 195-05
A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE TIME ALLOWED TO
STEVE DAVIS TO CLOSE ON HIS PURCHASE OF THE
FORMER SHAKE'S BUILDING ON 6TH STREET
WHEREAS, after following all the provisions of the sale of real property
ordinance for the former Shake's building and remaining lot on 6th Street, the City
received only a single bid from Steve Davis; and
WHEREAS, Steve Davis desires additional time to work with his franchiser prior
to his closing on this property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby
extends the closing date upon Steve Davis' request until January 31, 2006.
PASSED and APPROVED this 20th day of September, 2005.
