BACKGROUND: This is a replacement for unit #313, a 1997 Ford F350 dump truck with 80,000 miles. This truck has reached its replacement age but is still serviceable in a less demanding assignment. It will be reassigned to Parks Division to replace unit #312, a 1994 unit that was unserviceable and was sold at the last equipment auction. Four bid responses were received — see bid tabulation sheet attached. The lowest bid from Landers Ford of Little Rock meets all specifications. Funds for this purchase are available in 9700 1920.5802.00, Project 02078.1 — Light/Medium Utility Vehicles. This purchase was approved by the equipment committee at the meeting on April 26th, 2005. • • RESOLUTION NO.
