A RESOLUTION TO WAIVE THE BUILDING PERMIT
FEE AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL FEES INCLUDING
IMPACT FEES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING
OF A SHELTER BY SEVEN HILLS HOMELESS CENTER, INC.
WHEREAS, Seven Hills Homeless Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated
to providing needed shelter to homeless people in Fayetteville; and
WHEREAS, it serves the public interest and is beneficial to the City as a whole that
Seven Hills Homeless Center, Inc. helps to provide such vital shelter to homeless people in
Fayetteville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas finds that
waiving the building permit fee and all other developmental fees including impact fees
normally required by the Unified Development Code for the Seven Hills Homeless Center,
Inc's. shelter construction and remodeling project serves the public interest and is beneficial to
the City as a whole.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby
waives the normal building permit fee and all other developmental fees including impact fees
normally required by the Unified Development Code for the Seven Hills Homeless Center,
Inc's. shelter construction and remodeling project located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 20'h day of January, 2004.
