BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 10 with McClelland Consulting Engineers in the amount of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty - Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($6,937.50). APPROVED: By DAN COODY, Mayo r • • AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 10 ENGINEERING SERVICES CORPORATE HANGAR COMPLEX STATE OF ARKANSAS COUNTY OF WASHINGTON The Task Order No. 10 executed on March 8, 2002,for basic agreement entitled CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES, executed on March 7, 2000 is hereby amended. The referenced task order and basic agreement pertains to proposed improvements to Drake Field. This Amendment entered into and executed on the date indicated beneath the signature blocks, by and between the City of Fayetteville (hereinafter "City of Fayetteville") and McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. (hereinafter "McClelland") changes the Description of the Project, and the Fees and Payments due to the requested increase in scope of services at Drake Field. This action is taken to allow the Engineer to undertake construction administration, Construction Materials testing services, and Ark Dept of Health Review Fee beyond the original scope of Task Order No. 10. The following sections are hereby amended as follows: SECTION II — DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The scope of the Corporate Hangar Complex project was increased by the Airport Department to include the entire complex rather than the original one-third of the overall project area. Dept. of Health requires a fee to review water and sewer plans and whereby MCE paid this fee and is to be reimbursed SECTION IV - FEES AND PAYMENTS The following fees to be paid to the Engineer as compensation for his services are to be adjusted to the revised values stated below for the increased scope of services: E. Construction Administration & Inspection: Observation G. Construction materials testing: H. hourly rates, Not to Exceed $ 11,500.00. hourly rates & unit prices, Not to Exceed $ 3,400.00.
