BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 13 with McClelland Consulting Engineers in the amount of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty - Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3,983.50). The referenced task order and basic agreement pertains to proposed improvements to Drake Field. This Amendment entered into and executed on the date indicated beneath the signature blocks, by and between the City of Fayetteville (hereinafter "City of Fayetteville") and McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. (hereinafter "McClelland") changes the Fees and Payments due to the increase in scope of services at Drake Field. This action is taken to allow the Engineer to undertake construction administration and testing services beyond the original scope of Task Order No. 13. Purpose: The purpose of Amendment is to adjust the fee due McClelland Engineers based on Task Order #13, reconciling the estimated and actual amounts for construction oversight and materials testing, ($3983.50). This is the final adjustment to the project. Budget Considerations: Sufficient project budget remains for the Engineer's additional fees.
