RESOLUTION NO. 75-02
A RESOLUTION TO WAIVE THE BUILDING PERMIT
FEE AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL FEES FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant program finances low
income housing and other worthy community development projects that are of great
benefit to our city; and
WHEREAS, it serves the public interest and is beneficial to the City as a whole
that the Community Development Block Grant projects are built in Fayetteville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS'
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas finds
that waiving the building permit fee and all other developmental fees normally required
by the Unified Development Ordinance for all development projects done by the
Community Development Block Grant Program in Fayetteville serves the public interest
and is beneficial to the City as a whole.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby
waives the normal building permit fee and all other developmental fees normally required
by the Unified Development Ordinance for all development projects done by the
Community Development Block Grant Program in FayettevilleArkansas during the year
2002.
