RESOLUTION NO. 62-02
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDATION
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION
ADVISORY BOARD TO ACCEPT A CASH CONTRIBUTION
FOR A PORTION OF THE PARK LAND DEDICATION
REQUIREMENT FOR LEGACY POINTE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the developer of Legacy Pointe Subdivision has agreed to
dedicate over 3.4 acres for park land and the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Board has recommended the City accept $4,039.16 for the amount of park land
required but not dedicated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
hereby accepts the recommendation of the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board to accept a cash contribution of $4,039 16 in addition to the over
3.4 acres of park land dedication to satisfy the required park land dedication for
Legacy Pointe pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance §166.03 K.
