RESOLUTION NO. 161-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
THE SWORN OFFICERS OF THE FAYE 11 EVILLE FIRE
DEPARTMENT FROM LOPFI BENEFIT PLAN #1 TO
LOPFI BENEFIT PLAN #2, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2003
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
hereby authorizes the transfer of the sworn officers of the Fayetteville Fire
Department from LOPFI Benefit Plan #1 to LOPFI Benefit Plan #2, effective
January 1, 2003.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 15th day of October, 2002.

On October 15, 2002, the Council for the City of Fayetteville voted 7-1-0 to transfer the
sworn officers of the Fire Department from LOPFI Benefit Plan #1 to LOPFI Benefit
Plan #2, effective January 1, 2003.
