RESOLUTION NO. 62-01
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY
STAFF TO NEGOTIATE WITH DUNCAN
AND ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE A REPORT
CONCERNING PHASE TWO OF THEIR STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
hereby authorizes City Staff to enter into negotiations with Duncan and
Associates to prepare a study and perform other portions of Phase II of the
Impact Fee Study concerning community facilities, streets, water and waste
water by Staff as directed. Staff should negotiate a phased contract so that
implementation, writing ordinances, etc can be authroized after the initial in-
depth study of authrozied fees is reported to the City Council.
