Home My WebLink About111-01 RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION NO. 111-01 • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF TRACKING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, LLC TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ADVANTAGE ARKANSAS PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas must endorse a business to participate in the Advantage Arkansas Program and benefit form the refunds/tax credits as provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993; and WHEREAS, said endorsements must be made on specific form available from the Arkansas Department of Economic Development; and WHEREAS, Tracking Systems International, LLC located at 112 West Center Street, Suite 700 in Fayetteville, Arkansas has sought to participate in the program and more specifically has requested benefits accruing from expanding into a larger facility; and WHEREAS, Tracking Systems International, LLC has agreed to furnish the City of Fayetteville all necessary information for compliance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FAYETTEVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS: Section 1. Tracking Systems International, LLC shall be endorsed by the City of Fayetteville of Washington County, Arkansas for benefits from the refund/tax credits as provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through July 31, 2004.
