HomeMy WebLinkAbout40-00 RESOLUTION• RESOLUTION NO. 40-00 MICRO i, MED A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE CITY'S INTENT AND COMMITMENT TO A LONG TERM LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, INC., FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN'S HOUSE AND SAGE HOUSE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS• Section 1. That the City Council hereby expresses its intent and commitment to a long term lease agreement with the Economic Opportunity Agency of Washington County, Inc., for the benefit of Children's House and Sage House. The subject real property located in Washington County is described more particularly as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. EXHIBIT "A" res 40-00 A part of the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section 33, Township 17 North, Range 30 West, Washington County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 33; thence along the west line of said Section 33, South 02° 28' 11" West 472 67 feet, to a set iron pin, said pin also being the Point of Beginning; thence South 87° 04' 43" East 332.64 feet along the proposed south right way line of Trucker's Drive, to a PK nail on the existing centerline of Deane Solomon Road; thence with said centerline, South 03 00' 40" West 319.88 feet; thence continuing with said centerline, South 02° 29' 56" West 673.47 feet, to a PK nail; thence leaving said centerline, North 870 22' 27" West 329.27 feet along the proposed north right of way of Crystal Springs Drive, to a set iron pin on the West line of said Section 33; thence along said West line, North 02° 28' 11" East 995.06 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 7.531 acres, more or less.
