HomeMy WebLinkAbout35-00 RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION NO. 35-00 MICROFILMED A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE TO UTILIZE FEDERAL AID ENHANCEMENT MONIES. WHEREAS, the Fayetteville City Council understands Federal -aid Surface Transportation Enhancement funds are available at 80% federal participation and 20% local cash match for the following project : Block Avenue Improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The City of Fayetteville will participate in accordance with its designated responsibility, including maintenance of this project. Section 2. The Mayor or their designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute all appropriate agreements and contracts necessary to expedite the construction of the above stated improvement. Section 3.
