By: /`4C :- AlfTEST: B /II. - / ./i Heather Woodruff, C -Clerk Fred Hanna, Mayor Date: February 18,2000 To: City of Fayetteville Dav S From: Dale Clark Fayetteville Youth Center - Executive Director Maintenance Priority In May of 1999 a 5100,000 maintenance priority listing was prepared, submitted, and approved for payment by the City of Fayetteville (a copy is attached for your review). As of January 31, 2000, the following items have been completed: new roof, asbestos testing, playground equipment purchased, bathroom partitions installed, and a new floor scrubber purchased. It is our understanding that, as of the above date, the remaining portion of our 5100,000 maintenance budget is some $24,631. Our Building and Maintenance Committee met in February and revisited this issue and recommended a revised Maintenance Priority for the balance of the funds. On February 8, 2000, the board unanimously approved their recommendation (the approved proposal is attached for your review). Please review this documentation and let us know if you are in agreement with us proceeding with these acquisitions and improvements.
