REVISED MAINTENANCE PRIORITY
FEBRUARY 8, 2000
An initial maintenance priority listing was submitted to the Board on
May 21, 1999 totaling 5100,000. The funding for these items were
approved for payment by the City of Fayetteville. The following items
have been completed: new roof, asbestos testing report, new
playground equipment installed, bathroom partitions replaced, and a
new floor scrubber purchased. After completion of the above items, a
balance of 624,631 remains.
At this time, the building committee would like to revise the priority
of maintenance and submits the following detailed listing for board
approval:
1) New phone system $10,000
2) Replace ceiling tile & lights
in Director's office
3) Commercial Washer/Dryer
4) Game Room Equipment/Repair
5) New copier & Misc. repairs

This revision removes a new floor surface for the green gym. The
above items are considered more critical, at this time, than an
upgrade of the green gym.

Maintenance Priority
In May of 1999 a 5100,000 maintenance priority listing was prepared,
submitted, and approved for payment by the City of Fayetteville (a
copy is attached for your review). As of January 31, 2000, the
following items have been completed: new roof, asbestos testing,
playground equipment purchased, bathroom partitions installed, and a
new floor scrubber purchased. It is our understanding that, as of the
above date, the remaining portion of our 5100,000 maintenance budget
is some $24,631.
Our Building and Maintenance Committee met in February and revisited
this issue and recommended a revised Maintenance Priority for the
balance of the funds. On February 8, 2000, the board unanimously
approved their recommendation (the approved proposal is attached for
your review).
Please review this documentation and let us know if you are in
agreement with us proceeding with these acquisitions and improvements.
