BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves encroachments into the City's right- of-way for the purpose of constructing a balcony on the north wall of 21 West Mountain Street, as requested by Executive Square, Inc. Plans for the balcony are attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. trees. Section 2. Placement of the balcony posts shall be approved by the City. Section 3. Staff is recommending that the location of the three supporting balcony posts be moved 1 V2 feet further to the north to avoid obstructing pedestrians using the side walk There are also two existing trees that will be impacted and will likely result in their removal. Staff is recommending the applicant pay $350 per tree for the replacement of two trees that will be installed at a later date by the City.
