RESOLUTION NO 67-99
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR CARDINAL CAB CO.
WHEREAS, the City Council, acting as the Public Transit Board, finds that further taxicab
service in the city is required for the public convenience and necessity; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant is fit, willing, and able to perform such public transportation and
to conform to the applicable regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council, acting as the Fayetteville Public Transit Board, hereby
approves a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Cardinal Cab Co.
