BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS• Section 1 That the City Council hereby authorizes the name change for a street now called "Hall Avenue" to "Garland" to make Garland Avenue the continuous street name from south of1-540 to West Maple Street. A copy of the plat is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section?. Most of the calls say it should be Garland instead of Hall Avenue. We have had several deliveries to our house and the driver could not find anything out next to the by-pass. Each one suggested that it would be more appropriate to call the street either Garland or Highway 112. Please give this some consideration through the proper channels. It is too late to change my 1999 map. If we can correct before next year's map we can make the change.
