RESOLUTION NO 28-99
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SETTLEMENT OFFER OF
$15,400 TO OBTAIN LAND ALONG GREGG AVENUE IN
FAYETTEVILLE AND WILKERSON AVENUE IN JOHNSON
FOR THE MUDD CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT FROM WALTER
ROBINSON IN CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE V. ROBINSON, CIV
98-29.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 That the City Council hereby accepts a settlement offer of $15,400 to obtain
land along Gregg Avenue in Fayetteville and Wilkerson Avenue in Johnson for the Mudd Creek
Bridge project from Walter Robinson in City of Fayetteville v. Robinson, CIV 98-29.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of February , 1999.
