RESOLUTION NO. 2 7 - 9 9
A RESOLUTION NAMING THE PROPOSED KEENAN
PROPERTY TRAIL, "RAVEN TRAIL".
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 4134 authorizing the name change
of a street known as Errol to be known as Farr Lane; and
WHEREAS, the above name change is contingent upon the conveyance to the City of
certain property to be used as a street connection and a trail; and,
WHEREAS, the grantors of the certain real property to be used for a street connection and
a trail have requested that the proposed trail be named "Raven Trail".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS*
Section 1
"Raven Trail".
That the City Council hereby names the proposed Keenan property trail,
P4 4EI. XtND APPROVED this 15`" day of February , 1999.
